Can you accommodate last-minute bridal bookings?

We understand that wedding plans can come together quickly. While our bridal hair and makeup team may have availability for last-minute bookings, please note:

  • We may not have enough artists available for your date.

  • A bridal trial will not be possible.

  • Package pricing remains the same.

Do you provide on-site bridal hair and makeup services? What are your travel fees?

Yes! K & Hart specializes in on-site wedding hair and makeup services so you can get ready in the comfort of your venue, hotel, or home.

  • Travel fees are $2 per mile round trip from our studio in Renton, WA.

  • If your location is more than 90 minutes away or requires a 7 AM or earlier start time, overnight accommodations will be required for our team.

Should I get hair extensions for my wedding?

Hair extensions add volume, length, and longevity to your bridal hairstyle. They are especially recommended for:
✔ Hollywood waves and glam styles – Extensions are essential for fullness.
✔ Finer hair types – Instantly create more volume and movement.

Not sure if you need them? We offer a complimentary consultation before your trial, including color matching and extension ordering assistance. We also wash and prep them before your trial for seamless blending.

What is your booking minimum?

For wedding parties, we require a $1,500 minimum in services booked.

For solo brides, you can book our exclusive Luxury Bridal Package ($1,500), which includes personalized services from our founders, Rachel Kay and Azalee Reinhart.

Can you accommodate large wedding parties?

Yes! Our bridal hair and makeup team is fully equipped to handle large bridal parties. However, due to high demand, we strongly recommend:

  • Confirming your bridal party’s services as early as possible.

  • Adjusting your contract up to 1 month before the wedding.

  • Understanding that services cannot be removed or added within 30 days of the wedding date.

Will you create a bridal beauty timeline for my wedding day?

Absolutely! We collaborate with your wedding planner and photographer to design a custom hair and makeup schedule for a stress-free, seamless getting-ready experience.

Do you offer on-site bridal beauty touch-ups throughout the day?

Yes! For an additional hourly fee, we offer on-site touch-up services to ensure your bridal look stays flawless throughout your wedding.

Our touch-up services include:
✔ Blotting and refreshing makeup
✔ Managing shine and oiliness for photos
✔ Fixing any flyaways or hair adjustments

Do you offer airbrush makeup for brides?

Yes! Airbrush makeup is available for brides and is included in our Luxury Bridal Package.

Airbrush makeup is ideal for:

Yes! We highly recommend Solei Day Spa in Sumner, WA for professional facials and pre-wedding skincare treatments.

Can you work with other hair or makeup artists?

Yes! While we provide both bridal hair and makeup services, we are happy to collaborate with additional teams.

However, we do not split services for the bride to ensure consistency in her look.

I’m an out-of-state bride. Can I still book with you?

Yes! We frequently work with out-of-state and destination brides. We can coordinate your bridal beauty planning via:
✔ Zoom consultations
✔ FaceTime calls
✔ Online beauty previews

If you’re planning a Seattle or Pacific Northwest wedding but live elsewhere, we’ll make the process seamless.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! We provide on-location bridal hair and makeup services for destination weddings.
